    • This is to my best efforts at identification. We've got some great birds, but I do miss the northern flickers and the quails.

    This is my very first blog post! I built this website with the help of Claude, and I'm excited to start sharing my thoughts and experiences here.

    Building a website from scratch seemed intimidating at first, but breaking it down into small steps made it manageable. I'm learning so much along the way!

    Ok, I tried return and tab and it did not change the formatting. Good to know. Maybe next I'll create an entry about the birds in my backyard.
